SHIPPING
As a rule, all orders destined within Italy should arrive within 1-3 working days, whilst for countries within the EU the estimated delivery time is 2-6 working days and 8-10 for other destinations.
We process all orders received for smaller items weighing less than 70 kg each morning (Monday to Friday) before midday (CET or UTC +1) and usually they will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after midday (CET) Monday to Friday will be dispatched the following working day. Once your order has been sent, we will send you an email with a tracking link so that you can monitor your delivery.
For bulkier items (tables, storage pieces, special editions, bathtubs and mirrors), delivery times may vary, based on the dimensions of the product and availability in our warehouse. For a more detailed explanation, please click here.

RETURNS
We always hope that our clients will be delighted with our products, but we understand that sometimes it may be necessary to return an item. This must be done within 14 days from the date of delivery, using the same courier or shipping provider that delivered it to you.
All our products are accompanied by a returns form, so simply complete this and follow the instructions to organise your return request.
Where free delivery is included with a purchase, there are also no delivery costs if you decide to return a product. In all other situations, we will deduct the costs of returning a product from the final refund, which will be made via the same payment means used for your original purchase.
Please note that we cannot accept a return if a product has been used or personalised in any way. Every item must be returned in its original packing and adequately packed to ensure it travels safely and reaches us in perfect condition
Once we have authorised a refund, it will be made within 5 working days from the date we receive the product back.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Payment can be made securely by either Paypal or a debit or credit card which will be processed through the Stripe platform which accepts all major debit and credit cards.
We use these platforms as they ensure your payment details are protected through SSL encryption technology. Your data will be used only to complete your purchase transaction and to process a refund if necessary.
Your debit or credit card will only be charged after we have verified your card details and received authorisation from your card issuer to go ahead and process the payment.

Product description
The Ellipse fruit bowl is crafted from a single, circular piece of Bianco Carrara marble that has been carved to create a shallow, smooth-edged depression. Hand-finished by Salvatori’s craftsmen in our Tuscan workshop, the fruit bowl, which comes in two sizes, makes a wonderful centrepiece in the kitchen, living room and dining areas. The Ellipse collection is a family of vessels and utensils for the home designed by long-time Salvatori collaborator John Pawson. Sharing a geometry and materiality – each piece is shaped from a continuous piece of Bianco Carrara marble – the collection is typical of Pawson’s expressive, minimal style: the simple forms of the vessels evoking a sense of calm and a spirituality. Note The technique used to create the soft, sinuous curves of each piece in the Ellipse collection replicates that of stones on a riverbed smoothed over the centuries by the relentless flow of water. The tiny holes that may appear in the surface of the stone are a natural characteristic of this process and should not be considered a flaw.
Good to know
This tray has been treated with a neutral sealer which not only helps protects it from staining, but also ensures it is suitable for use with food.
Please be aware however, that natural stone will always retain some level of absorption and therefore products with a high acid, fat or oil content should never be placed on it.
Any liquids should be wiped off as quickly as possible.
