At Salvatori we’re staying at home but the doors aren’t closed #ImStayingAtHome #iostoacasa
Dear friends, partners and colleagues,
I would like to offer my sincere thanks for the many messages and gestures of support we have received from you over the past few days as we come to grips with the extraordinary and unprecedented situation which has unfolded in Italy and, sadly, is now being experienced in other countries. A week on since my last email, I wanted to send you a quick update.
Firstly, and most importantly, all our staff and their families are fine. Fortunately, we already had the infrastructure and technology in place to enable us to switch to home working immediately and significantly minimise any potential contact. Our production department continue to work on site, although obviously here we have taken all necessary steps to ensure their safety and wellbeing. As of today, we are still managing to adhere to our usual production programme.
Right now, my main concern is safety by reducing any physical interaction, but at the same time supporting all of you who are continuing to work, wherever you are. We’re continuing to develop materials for our resource library so that everyone has all the tools going forward to promote and sell our products. We have just launched our new website which will also make an enormous impetus in terms of our brand profile and exposure. In short, we are continuing behind the scenes to keep business going.
On the showroom front, we have closed both Milan and London to the public, however, our teams offer the full range of services, delivered remotely.
We may not be in a physical space together, but the Salvatori team remains united and committed to providing all the support our clients, suppliers and network partners require in these difficult times.
Thank you and stay safe wherever you are in the world.
