For routine maintenance of the surfaces, always use neutral cleansers (for example, FILACLEANER or neutral soap). Do not in any case use harsh products that could irreparably damage the surface of the stone (such as acids or descaling products).
We strongly recommend that you do not place hot objects such as kettles or pans directly onto natural stone as it may cause
discolouration or staining.
If your stone is exposed to “hard water” where there is a high mineral content, you will need to take a little extra care as the cleaning properties of the FILACLEANER or neutral detergent will be weakened. You will therefore need to use these products a little more frequently so that soap scum, lime scale and the like do not have the chance to build up and congeal.
As a rule, all orders destined within Italy should arrive within 1-3 working days, whilst for countries within the EU the estimated delivery time is 2-6 working days and 8-10 for other destinations.
We process all orders received for smaller items weighing less than 70 kg each morning (Monday to Friday) before midday (CET or UTC +1) and usually they will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after midday (CET) Monday to Friday will be dispatched the following working day. Once your order has been sent, we will send you an email with a tracking link so that you can monitor your delivery.
For bulkier items (tables, storage pieces, special editions, bathtubs and mirrors), delivery times may vary, based on the dimensions of the product and availability in our warehouse. For a more detailed explanation, please click here.

Once we have authorised a refund, it will be made within 5 working days from the date we receive the product back.
Payment can be made securely by either Paypal or a debit or credit card which will be processed through the Stripe platform which accepts all major debit and credit cards.
We use these platforms as they ensure your payment details are protected through SSL encryption technology. Your data will be used only to complete your purchase transaction and to process a refund if necessary.
Your debit or credit card will only be charged after we have verified your card details and received authorisation from your card issuer to go ahead and process the payment.
The elegant golden seams that run through our Lost Stones texture were inspired by the ancient Japanese technique of Kintsugi, used throughout the centuries to repair broken objects and give them a new beginning. Created in collaboration with Piero Lissoni, Lost Stones is the interior décor equivalent of a bespoke garment as it is not available in standard formats but instead, is sourced and produced to order, based on the space it will be used in. Introduced in its original iteration in 2019, Lost Stones came about as the result of visits by Lissoni and Gabriele Salvatori to warehouses and yards all over Italy seek out abandoned or forgotten slabs of stone. In the process, they unearthed treasures such as leftovers of the stone for buildings such as Paris’s Notre Dame cathedral and Mies Van Der Rohe’s famous Barcelona Pavilion. Old stone alone is not enough, however, and the magic comes through the experience and skill of our team of artisans who restore it and repair cracks and flaws with a golden resin which sets off the soft creamy tones of Crema d’Orcia to perfection. The result is a warm, stylish texture that can be used on floors, walls and other surfaces to create a truly special environment.
You will often see small holes, the occasional shell-shaped fossil and tiny lines of pink quartz.
These are not defects, but instead are part of the layers of history of each block of Crema d’Orcia.
We use a special selection which you will sometimes see referred to as Crema d’Orcia Select for some of our textures (Bamboo, Raw, Chevron and Romboo). This is because the consistency of the Select version lends itself more readily to the workmanship required to produce these textures.
However, in terms of colour, when combined with the honed Crema d’Orcia, the overall result is homogeneous.
The images shown on this page are indicative of the colour and characteristics of our products but cannot be 100% representative. Being made from natural materials, every tile or slab is unique in terms of tonality, colour and characteristic. These are all subject to variation depending on the type of stone and the conditions in the quarry from where it comes.
